What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
+Our standard MOQ is 50 units per product for OEM/custom branding. For stock items and standard products, we can accept smaller orders. For full container orders, we offer the best pricing and can mix multiple product types in one container.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
+Yes, we offer sample orders for quality evaluation. Sample fees are typically charged at 1.5x the unit price, and the difference is refunded when you place a bulk order. Sample production takes 7-14 days, and shipping is available via express courier.
What OEM/ODM services do you provide?
+We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services including: custom logo engraving/printing, custom colors and finishes, custom packaging design, product modification based on your specifications, and complete product design from concept to production. Our R&D team can develop new products based on your requirements.
What payment terms do you accept?
+We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, Western Union, and PayPal for sample orders. For established customers with good payment history, we can offer more flexible payment terms. All payments are processed securely through our verified business accounts.
