Needle bearings provide faster, smoother sleeve rotation compared to bronze or composite bushings. This makes needle bearing bars better for Olympic lifts (snatch, clean & jerk) where fast sleeve rotation is important. Bushing bars are typically more durable and require less maintenance, making them popular for powerlifting. Our bar uses 8 needle bearings per sleeve for the best of both worlds — fast rotation with good durability.

Yes. We offer OEM customization including Cerakote shaft colors (black, blue, red, pink, etc.), custom knurling patterns, custom sleeve finishes, and laser-engraved logos. MOQ for custom finishes is 50 bars. We can also produce 15kg women's bars, specialty bars (safety squat bar, arch bar, swiss bar), and custom tensile strength ratings.

We offer a 5-year warranty on the shaft against bending under normal use, and a 1-year warranty on sleeves and bearings. Commercial use is covered. The zinc plating is warrantied against peeling for 2 years. For OEM orders, we can provide extended warranty terms based on volume.
